Rayman Healthcare is a trading name for Rayman Group Ltd. We are specialist in providing homecare services where quality is not compromised. We cover in and around the Salford area. Our aim is to ensure that services are delivered flexibly, attentively and in a non-discriminatory fashion while enabling the service user to make informed choices and to take risks. To ensure that each service user’s needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
Our staff are checked on the Disclosure and Barring Service. Our recruitment process is robust, ensuring we only employ staff that share the same values as us. Staff have training in Mental Health awareness, Dementia care and other mandatory training such as moving and handling, medication awareness etc.
